Reporting concerns

Samarkand Industries OÜ is committed to maintaining the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct across all its products and operations. We provide a confidential channel for reporting concerns about potential misconduct, legal violations, or serious irregularities.

What to report

You may use this channel to report concerns about:

• Violations of applicable law (including GDPR, AML, financial regulations)
• Fraud, corruption, or bribery
• Serious safety risks or data breaches
• Significant breaches of our internal policies or code of conduct

This channel is not intended for general complaints about service quality or billing disputes — please use the standard contact channels for those.

How to report

Reports may be submitted anonymously. Where you choose to identify yourself, your identity will be protected to the maximum extent permitted by law. We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report.

What happens next

All reports are reviewed by or escalated to the most senior available officer. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days, where permitted by the nature of the investigation.
